About the Role
Based at our Support Office in New Ross, Co. Wexford, you will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients, suppliers, and team members. Along with reception duties, you will also assist with light administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Answering and directing calls in a warm, professional, and efficient manner
- Recording information in our CRM system
- Greeting and assisting clients, suppliers, and delivery personnel upon arrival
- Updating client inventory records
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Providing general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy, client-facing role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, with fluent English
- A friendly, professional, and proactive approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
