During these difficult days, we want to reassure you, that we at Guardian Fire & Safety, are doing everything possible to continue to serve and protect you, whilst ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of our teams and their loved ones, at all times.
We have been closely following and will continue to follow the recommendations issued by the HSE and government authorities.
Support
At the moment, we continue to operate from our Support Office and where possible individuals are working from home. Our email and telephone contact details remain unchanged.
We would respectfully ask that you please telephone us on 051 448774 before presenting at our Support Office, as access is restricted.
Supply Chain
We are liaising with our Manufactures and Suppliers across the U.K. and Europe on a daily basis regarding continuity of supply. We are in the fortunate position to hold distributorship status with most of these partners, many of whom had already increased production in light of Brexit. In the short term, we do not anticipate any significant disruption. However, if you have a project in the pipeline or require any critical spare parts, we would suggest you contact us at your earliest.
Routine Service & Maintenance
To ensure the integrity of your Fire & Life Safety systems, our Service teams continue to operate with additional protocols and procedures in place. We are prioritising high risk, frontline and essential services operations in the immediate. As always, our Service Manager will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time, answer any questions you may have and discuss additional measures that may be required at this time.
Out -of- Hours & Emergency Support
Customers with Service & Maintenance contracts requiring Out of Hours or Emergency support can continue to log requests as normal i.e.
09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday): 051 448774
Out Of Hours: 087 6046204
It has always been our policy to resolve as many issues as possible over the telephone and this remains.
We thank you for your continued support and loyalty and hope that you and yours remain safe and well during this challenging time.
